Our graduates have risen to the highest levels within these organizations and consistently indicate that their preparation at Berea placed them in a very competitive position. Many of our graduates go on to complete MBA degrees or a variety of other graduate degrees.? The Department offers opportunities for primary concentrations in management, accounting, finance, and marketing; and secondary concentrations in Management Information Systems and International Business.

The mission of the Economics and Business Department is to provide inclusive educational opportunities aimed at developing competencies necessary for meaningful contribution to the professional and academic fields of business and economics. These opportunities are provided in a continuous learning environment for faculty and students. Departmental goals are based on the College?s established broad learning goals, Great Commitments, and aims of General Education.
