Students take health and medical courses, as well as a personnel and human resources courses, to provide them with well-rounded knowledge of the field. Students also will partake in internship opportunities, as well as research experiences through our thesis option or independent study option.?
Clinical exercise physiology is studied by students with varied undergraduate backgrounds, including biological sciences, exercise science, physical education, and nursing. Our concentration is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Professionals and is one of only seven clinical exercise physiology programs accredited in the United States.
Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Requirements:
- Submit one official transcript from each college or university attended
- Official transcripts must be evaluated by any member of the NACES
- Submit essay about significant life experiences that have contributed for development of interest in this field
- Submit updated resume that should include college activities, leadership experiences, work history, community involvement etc
- Submit two letters of recommendation
- Submit English Language Proficiency test scores
English Language Requirements:
- TOEFL: minimum 550 in PBT; 213 in CBT; 80-90 in IBT
- IELTS: minimum 7.0
- PTE: minimum 53
- MELAB: minimum 77
