Your actuarial science studies will involve working closely with faculty inside and outside of the classroom to prepare for the first two in the series of rigorous actuarial exams that allow upward movement in the field.

Small class sizes will allow you to experience greater guidance by faculty as you build the skills needed to enter this challenging field.

You will have opportunity to pursue valuable internships. IC students who have chosen to pursue an actuarial career have been able to participate in internships, often leading to offers of full-time employment.
