Washington & Lee University Campus
The main campus of the university offers students opportunities to get involved with the community. There are about 150 student clubs and organizations that are run by the students. There are lots of fun activities on the campus for the students to engage in like intramural sports, fitness and recreation, outdoor activities, arts and culture events, spiritual and religious events etc.
Students can participate in the fitness club present on the campus to maintain their wellness. Apart from this the student’s athletic club on the campus is also very active. Every admitted student with a financial need receives scholarships to study in the USA. Students can apply for the scholarships through Johnson scholarship application.
- Johnson Scholarship: Students are selected on the basis of their academic achievements, demonstrated leadership, and intellectual qualities. Winners get at least tuition fee, board and room fees waiver. Also the students receive a funding of 7,000 USD to support summer experiences.
- Bonner program: Unique leadership development program for students with an interest in service and social responsibility. Students are eligible to receive work aids, internships etc under this program.
- Max and Sylvia Weinstein Scholarship: This scholarship is awarded to the students of Jewish faith. A full tuition fee waiver is provided under this scholarship and is renewable for 4 years.
