- For all the UG courses, the applicants must appear for the FLAME Entrance Aptitude Test (FEAT) followed by Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI).

- International Baccalaureate certificate students are not eligible for admission.

FLAME University Selection Process
Admission to the Undergraduate Degree courses will be granted on the basis of the candidate's performance in the Entrance Exam followed by GD and PI which will be conducted on the same day.
FEAT is a written examination divided into 4 sections:
- Verbal Ability
- Reasoning Ability
- Quantitative Ability
- General Knowledge
The duration of the FEAT exam will be 120 minutes.
SAT qualified candidates are exempted from FEAT exam but they must appear for the Essay/PI conducted by the institute.
Results will be declared on the application portal as per the admission schedule. Selected candidates will receive a copy of the offer letter by courier as well.
MBA aspirants will be selected on the basis of the following parameters:

How to Apply for FLAME University?
FLAME University follows a common application process for its UG and PG courses.
- To begin, the candidates must first register on the official website of FLAME University.
- Create the user account.
- Login and fill the application form followed by preferred choices for GD and PI centers.
- Upload recent passport size colored photograph and signature along with the following documents:
- 10th standard mark sheet
- 10th standard (or equivalent) passing certificate
- 12th standard (or equivalent) mark sheet
- Copy of 12th standard (or equivalent) passing certificate
- SAT scorecard (if applicable)
- Copies of other necessary certificates
The candidates must submit the application along with the requisite fee.

The application fee can be paid through either of the following modes:
- Debit Card or Credit Card (All major cards, except American Express).
- Demand Draft (DD) must be drawn in favor of "FLAME University", payable at Pune. In the application form, candidates must mention the DD details (such as the DD number, Bank, and Date). Send the DD (with one’s name, program, and application number mentioned on the backside of DD) to FLAME University’s mailing address.

FLAME University Scholarships
Scholarships are awarded to students who are pursuing a program at FLAME University, provided they fulfill the following conditions at the time of application for scholarship:
- Rank in the top 5% in their respective batch.
- Have a minimum CGPA of 8.50.
The list of meritorious students shall be prepared on the basis of annual academic performance at the end of every academic year and the eligible students, who are not on any other scholarship, shall be considered for the scholarship award for remaining term of the program.
The university also offers merit-based scholarships to students with an excellent performance record. The scholarships are awarded for the full duration of the program.
Scholarship Criteria
- The Scholarship Committee reviews the performance of the potential student.
- The continuation of the scholarship depends upon students maintaining a CGPA of 7.50 or more in every semester of the program in which the student has enrolled.
- The selected scholarship student shall work on campus for a minimum of 12 hours per week for the terms in which the student receives the scholarship benefit.
- The scholarship amount will not be paid to the selected student (It will be deducted from the term dues directly)
Note: In case a scholarship student withdraws from the program, the student has to refund the scholarship amount that FLAME University has already disbursed.
