About FLAME University
FLAME University, a Jain Minority Institution, offers various programs across various disciplines, anchored in the core ethos of liberal education. It is accredidated as a State private university under the FLAME University Act 2014, Government of Maharshtra. The University has 5 schools offering UG and PG courses to the students. It offers B.A., B.Sc., BBA, BBA(CM), B.Des, MBA, M.Sc. - Economics and much more for the students. Candidates interested in getting admission to UG course need to appear for the FLAME Entrance Aptitute Test (FEAT)/SAT. Admission to MBA is done on the basis of the score obtained in CAT/MAT/XAT/CMAT/NMAT OR MAH CET (conducted by DTE Maharashtra). Flame University offers One year Certification course in Postgraduate Program in Entrepreneurship and Innovation for the candidates interested in Entrepreneurship.

FLAME University Admissions
FLAME University has an online application process. Candidates seeking admission are required to fill an online application form and provide information such as entrance test scores, personal contact details, educational qualification, work experience (if applicable), achievements / extracurricular activities and statement of purpose. They will also need to pay an application fee of INR 1500 through Net-Banking or Debit/Credit Card. Once the payment is done, the student will receive a confirmation mail regarding the registration. It is essential to meet the minimum eligibility criteria for the course the student is applying for.

Selection Procedure:
Final selection is based on Academic Merit, FEAT/SAT Entrance Exam Score, Group Discussion and Personal Interview conducted by the University. The result will be announced on the application portal of the University.

FLAME University Scholarships
FLAME University offers a range of scholarships to need-based and meritorious students (based on applications and subsequent interviews). These scholarships are offered in the form of partial to full fee waivers. Following are the scholarships awarded to students:
- Merit scholarships: At the time of admission, the university provides a full fee waiver to the best-performing candidates. The final scores obtained in the admission process will be considered for scholarships.
- FLAME Fellows Program: This scholarship is designed for postgraduate students with CAT/XAT with above 90 percentile or GMAT scores not less than 650. The awardee of this program will be eligible for 100% tuition fee waiver. A total number of 20 deserving students will be awarded.
- Special scholarships: FLAME University awards special rewards for outstanding all-round performers in diverse fields. A candidate will only be eligible for this scholarship if s/he holds a national level rank in either academics or sports.
- Emergency need-based support: This will be provided to the students who face a financial need caused by circumstances beyond their control. There has to be a loss of funding resulting from death, serious illness, or any other circumstance which makes it difficult for the student to generate funds on their own.
- Merit scholarships for enrolled students: The students currently studying at the university are also rewarded based on their academic performance. To be eligible for this scholarship, the student must rank in the top 5% of their batch and have a minimum of 8.50 CGPA.
- College Board India Scholars Program in association with FLAME University: Students in India who score 1300 or above on the SAT will be recognized as Top Performers by the College Board. Top Performers who demonstrate significant financial need, defined as family income less than INR 8,00,000 per annum, are eligible to receive a full tuition scholarship for the entire duration of their programme of study by College Board.

FLAME University is a State Private University located in Pune, Maharashtra and was established in the year 2007. The University was established under the leadership of Dr. Devi Singh (Former Director, IIM Lucknow and MDI Gurgaon) with a motive to provide a nurturing environment to the students by pushing the barriers of traditional education. Ques. Why do I pursue MBA from FLAME University? What are its unique features?
Ans. The University is committed in developing management professionals who are competent in the chosen domain. The students will be provided with excellent facilities with extensive industry interaction. The program is fully-residential and offers 4 specializations as majors and minors. Additionally, the program is offered in 3 foreign languages namely French, German and Spanish.
Ques. What are the curfew timings of the Hostel?
Ans. The University puts the safety of the students first. The timing for students to be back on campus is 12 AM (Midnight). However, the time by which students should be inside their respective hostels is 2 AM.

Ans. The university provides breakfast, lunch, evening snacks, and dinner at fixed timings. It serves South Indian, North Indian, Maharashtrian and Continental cuisine dishes.
