Yes, RGUKT offers the option of double majors (like Computer Science Engineering and Electronics and Communication Engineering) or a combination of one Major and one minor or one Major and two Minors. Minors can be chosen from Business Management, Economics Mathematics, Social Sciences and Statistics.

M. Tech selection is based 80% on GATE/ PGECET scores and 20% on Interview performance of applicants. GATE qualifiers are given preference over PGECET score-holders. Out-of-state GATE-qualified applicants are also accepted, following the reservation policy of the state government.

RGUKT Basar Integrated B.Tech Admission 2023

RGUKT offers a full-time B.Tech. (Integrated) program in six disciplines for the duration of six years. The minimum eligibility to apply for B.Tech. (Integrated) course is having passed 10th standard or SSC examination from a recognised board. Final selection is done purely on basis of Merit in the qualifying examination.

In case of a tie at the time merit list generation, the candidates with highest marks in Physics/ Chemistry/ Mathematics taken individually will be considered for admission.

RGUKT, Basar M.Tech in Computational Engineering Admission 2023

RGUKT Basar also offers M.Tech (Computational Engineering) in Computer Science & Engineering/ Electronics & Communication Engineering and Mechanical Engineering at the PG level. The minimum eligibility to apply for M.Tech program is having passed a B.Tech./ BE degree in the relevant field with at least 60% marks in aggregate.

Final selection of candidates is done on the basis of a valid score in score in GATE/ PGECET followed by Personal Interview conducted by the university.

80% weightage will be given to GATE or PGECET score followed by 20% to the interview round. Priority will be given to the GATE score holders over PGECET at the time of final admission.
