JIS University offers comprehensive hostel facilities for boys and girls separately within the University Campus and off-campus. They have been designed to provide a comfortable, safe, inclusive and secure living even as they provide opportunities to form lasting friendships and ease the transition from home to college. Infrastructure:
Caring wardens, vigilant security and CCTV surveillance ensures a pleasant stay allowing students to focus on academics. Spacious residential apartment with necessary amenities consists of 2/3 single rooms with attached bathroom and sitting lounge equipped with common room, gaming, newspapers, cable TV and safe drinking water (Auqaguard), geysers, coolers, Visitors' Lounge, laundry services available on demand etc. All hostels are sanitized regularly and necessary pest control conducted.
Hostel review committee monitors welfare of the students comprising of senior administrative and faculty members address students’ queries and requirements, standards of facilities and quality of services.
Following Items are required to be bought by the students at their own expense.
Any other items of personal use expect electrical items that may be needed

Mess:
A variety of hygienic food facilities are available at the hostels regularly and served in well-maintained dining halls.
The University’s dining hall through its modern kitchen is designed to cater to providing students & staff with hygienically cooked, healthy food to develop healthy minds. A dining hall is a place not just for meals but also where ideas get exchanged. Healthy, wholesome food and a variety of dining options are available to the hostel students. Dining areas are open as early as 7:00 AM with night canteens available from 10:30 PM to 12:30 AM.
The kitchens are hygienically operated and adhere to the prescribed food standards. A balanced menu is prepared every month by the Student Mess and Menu Committee in consultation with the hostel administrators.
