Ans. Yes, the student can withdraw their enrollment from the Amity University Kolkata hostel and the fee refund is subject to the following conditions:

• If you withdraw your name within 15 days of admission and before the commencement of the course, the full amount of the fee will be refunded.
• If you withdraw your name after 15 days of course commencement, without occupying the hostel seat, the fee after deducting the one-month hostel fee, will be refunded.
• If you withdraw your name after staying less than a more (more than 15 days), two months of hostel fee will be deducted from the refund.
• If you withdraw your name after staying over a month but less than three months, only half of the hostel fee for the academic year + security deposit will be refunded.
• If you withdraw your name after spending three months in the hostel, only the security deposit will be refunded.
