Candidate can submit application form online or download it from the official website and submit the same upon completion. Completed applications can be submitted to the university office in person or by post.
Candidate can also obtain application form in person from the admissions office upon paying Rs. 750/- in cash or through Demand draft. DD should be drawn in favour of “Presidency University” and payable at Bengaluru.
Duly filled-in application forms, along with attested copies of the necessary documents, must be submitted to the following address:

Eligibility Criteria

Candidate should have passed:

Pass in Pre-University / Higher Secondary /10+2 examination Pass with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with either Chemistry / Biotechnology / Biology / Electronics /Computer.
Obtained at least 45% marks (40% in case of candidates belonging to Reserved Category) in the above subjects taken together
In case of SC/ST, Category -1 and OBC (2A, 2B, 3A and 3B) category students from Karnataka (Karnataka candidates) the minimum marks for eligibility shall be 40%.

Entrance Exam:

Appeared for JEE (Main); JEE (Advanced); Karnataka CET; COMED-K; PUEET-2020 or any other State-level Engineering Entrance Examination.

I choose this course because I find technology really interesting and a few faculty in the presidency are really good and a few are very very bad in the ratio of 70:30, 50% of the faculty has a PhD and the remaining 50% are m tech graduates

Presidency is an emerging University

I chose this course because I was always interested in computers. Most faculties are good and have good qualifications like master's and Ph.D., but some are not that good at teaching. Teaching methods are ppt and chalkboard. Mostly you have to do self-study. The exams are timely and predetermined and are fairly easy to pass.
