DEI offers a full-time B.Tech and B.Arch courses in various disciplines for the duration of four years. The minimum eligibility is 10+2 with PCM from a recognized board. JEE Main passed candidates are eligible to secure admission in B.Tech while NATA qualified candidates are eligible for B.Arch. Final admission is based on the performance in Academics and Interview. DEI also offers B.Tech course in Integrated and Part-Time mode.

DEI offers BA, B.Sc, B.Com, BBA, BFA, B.Voc and B.Ed courses in various specializations. 10+2 in a relevant subject group is the minimum eligibility criteria for admission. For B.Ed, a Graduation degree is a must. Admission is granted on the basis of marks in 10+2 and performance in the Written Test conducted by DEI followed by an Interview. Candidates have to secure at least 30% marks in the Written Test in order to be eligible for the Interview round. DEI also offers Integrated BA, B.Sc, B.Com and B.Ed courses.

DEI offers M.Tech (Regular, Part-Time & Integrated), MBA and PG Diploma courses in various streams at postgraduate level. BE/ B.Tech in the relevant discipline is the minimum eligibility criteria for M.Tech. Any Bachelor’ degree holder can apply for MBA program. In addition to UG and PG courses, DEI also offers M.Phil. and Ph.D. courses in various specializations. For admission to M.Phil and Ph.D., candidates must have passed Master’s degree in the relevant subject with minimum 55% marks in aggregate. Admission to M.Phil and Ph.D. is based on the score in Objective Type Written Test and RET respectively. Final admission is based on the assessment of past academic record, Entrance Score and Interview.
Application forms for Ph.D. are available twice in a year in the months of February and August. Duly filled application forms can be submitted up to March 01 (February session) and September 01 (August session) every year.
Details of RET: Students have to pass RET (objective-type) to secure admission in Ph.D. program. RET will be of one and half hour duration with three sections covering Aptitude, Subject-specific knowledge. There is no negative marking for wrong answers.
Exemption from RET: NET-JRF/ NET-LS/ SLET or GATE qualified candidates are exempted from RET. Permanent teacher of DEI with at least two papers published in a standard Journal are also exempted.

The admission process of Dayalbagh Educational Institute is quite simple. You will need to go to the admission portal on the official website. Provide the required details and select the course that you want to apply to. If you are eligible you will receive an update regarding the interview dates.
You will be shortlisted based on your marit. They will evaluate you based on your JEE score, 10+2 score, extra-curricular activities, and performance in the interview.
If you score well, you will be invited to the counseling session. Where you can choose your preferred branch.
Dayalbagh Educational Institute (DEI) provides higher education only after class 12th, with the exception of class 10th for diploma and ITI certificate courses.
Like DEI there is another institute linked with it named REI (Radhasoami Educational Institute).
This institute provides education from classes 1 to 12th. REI has its own board. It provides the 12th equivalent course like CBSE and UP boards. Graduating 12th from REI is equivalent to graduating 12th from both of these.
If you want to get admission in 11th (Commerce) at DEI you have to fill the application form of REI which is an affiliated college of DEI. After this, the entrance test will be held by this institute which includes a written exam and interview. On the basis of a written test and interview a collective merit will be prepared, on the basis of which you will be selected.
