Remibai Jeppiaar Scholarship offered by Sathyabama Institute of Science and Technology are awarded to the candidates with academic excellence in BE/ B.Tech program:

Eligibility requirements to avail the Scholarships:
- Only the top 3 Rankers of Each Branch are eligible (based on the Institute’s Exam Results).
- It is necessary to score minimum of 75 % marks.
- All the Ranks will be decided on basis of 75% marks (and not on basis of semester wise marks). In case of equal percentage, the next rank will not be considered.
- Candidates availing the scholarship should not have had any arrears during the course of study.
- If the top 3 Rankers have more than 65% marks and Less than 75%, then such Rankers are eligible to avail the waiver only on Examination Fees for the subsequent year.
Recognition for the top rankers of the course:
- Top Ranker of Each Branch (based on Institute’s Exam Results Calculated from Semester 1 to 8) will be awarded with a GOLD MEDAL in the Convocation.
- Other 2nd Rankers of Each Branch will be awarded with the Rank Certificates during the Convocation.
