BNM Institute of Technology Scholarships

BNMIT provides Scholarships for meritorious and economically weaker/ poor students/ rural/ farmer’s children worth upto INR 50 lakhs per year.

CET students admitted within the ranking of 1000 will be given onetime scholarship of INR 25000/-.
ComedK students within ranking 3000 will be give one-time scholarship of INR 10,000/-.
Scholarship of INR 10,000/- to all students securing more than 90% in any semester or CGPA of above 9.0.
Scholarship of INR 10,000/- to INR 25,000/- will be given to rural Karnataka students from economically weaker section admitted through CET.
Student who score more than 60% in exams and have represented Karnataka in any sports are awarded scholarship of INR 25,000/-.
Students who score more than 60% in exams and have represented our Country in any sports are awarded scholarship of INR 50,000/-.
Cultural scholarship of INR 10,000/- to INR 25000/- to VTU Youth Festival winners of medals and participants.

Gold medal for Merit students

All students securing Ranks in VTU examination are awarded 22 carat Gold Medals.
Students securing 90% and above in First 4 semesters are also awarded a 22 carat Gold Medal.
Similarly those securing 90% in the last four semesters are also awarded, 22 carat Gold Medals.

Students Insurance: All students are insured for INR 1,00,000/- during the course of their study in the College.

K-CET is one of the entrance exams in this college. K-CET application forms will be released in the month of march to April every year. The exam will be held in the month of may results will be declared in June and the counseling is of 3 rounds. I secured 19866 ranks and in the third round of counseling, I got into BNMIT college with the AIML branch. I Belong to the general category so I don't have any reservations but S.C., and S.T. get benefits.

I applied for comedk exam which happens to be the entrance exam for all the engineering colleges in Karnataka and I cleared it and got a decent rank I filled out the preference list with some of my desired colleges and eventually got into BNMIT

The Entrance Is Given By National Examination Like Comedk Or Kcet. Student Form Outside Karnatka Get Admission By Comedk Else Karnatka Student Get Admission By Kcet. The Cutoff Is Quit High For Cse, Aiml And Ise. I Got Admmisioon In Rank 9895 During Covid And The Cutoff Was High During Covid Time. Student Have To Register Themselves On Comedk Portal After That An Mcq Based Exam Is Happen For 180 Question And 180 Marks. The Application Is Open For Months From Feb To March And Exam Is Going To Happen In April. Taking About Reservation There Is Only State Reservation Like J And K And Other States. Student Also Get Sholarshop Based On There Semester Marks.

I am studying at BNMIT College Bangalore AIML branch. I am currently in my first year. To take admitted to this college you have to give comedk exam which can be an easy one for jee aspirants. This exam consists of physics, maths and chemical subjects each of 60 marks i.e. totals 180 marks. We can get to know more about the exam on comedk website. This college comes under the top 15 comedk colleges. Here you can get cse at a cutoff of 20000 rank which is pretty average. Overall during the admission, there will be no problem. The college administration works pretty smoothly. You can plan to take admitted in this college
