DAVV has scrapped its Common Entrance Test (DAVV CET) for UG and PG courses. Admission to these courses will now be done through Common University Entrance Test (CUET) conducted by NTA.
For PG admission (under DAVV CET), students are required to apply for the CUET PG 2023 on the official website - cuet.nta.nic.in. The exam will be held from September 1-7 and September 9-11. The basic eligibility criteria for UG courses is 10+2 with at least 50% marks from a recognised board of education. Candidates need to have a bachelor’s degree in the relevant field to be eligible for admission to PG courses. Selection for CUET qualified candidates will be done through counselling conducted by the university. Such candidates will be required to apply for online counselling on the official website of DAVV.
DAVV PhD admission is done through the DET entrance examination conducted by the university. candidates who have valid JRF awarded through UGC-NET or CSIR-NET; teacher fellowship for research awarded by UGC/AICTE; any other Government / Foreign research fellowship; M.Phil. degree shall be exempted from appearing at the Entrance Examination. For other programs, application in prescribed format must be submitted to respective teaching department/school/institute/centre along with DD in favour of “Registrar, D.A.V.V. Indore” payable at Indore.
For M.Phil and Ph.D.:
Apply online and submit the application through davv.mponline.gov.in website. Application fees for single entrance test for Ph.D. or M.Phil is INR 1000 and INR 1500 for both entrance test for Ph.D. and M.Phil.
