The candidate who had qualified the Entrance Exam in the required program can apply for admission.
Admission will be purely based on a cut off score.
Candidates can apply for counseling.
They have to select NIT Patna for seat allocation.
Selected candidates have to lock the college and can visit the college for admission with the required documents.

NITP B.Tech Selection Criteria:

Candidates who have qualified JEE Main have to appear for the counseling.
The final admission is through the counseling process based on the rank obtained in the entrance exam.

Selected candidates will be informed through a call and they need to report at the college for admission along with their documents.

Having some friends studying in these institutes, I can say that as per what they mentioned, NIT Patna arrives with a better placement rate than the other two counterparts.

In a nutshell, there are multiple core companies that visit the campus during the placement drive.
These include major firms like Alston transport, L&T HED, L&T Constructions, Thermal, Havells, TATA Motors and many others.
Other than these few, various other students secure placement offers in companies belonging to the IT sector and the Consultancy services.
