KPPG University offers a Full-Time undergraduate B.E program in 5 different specializations. The program is offered in full-time regular mode for 4 years. .

Eligibility Criteria

• For the undergraduate B.E program, candidates should have a 10+2 Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, or equivalent from CBSE or any recognized board. Minimum 45% marks for general category and 40 % marks for reserved category is mandatory.
• Candidates will have to qualify the GUJCET exam, conducted by the state education board, to secure admission in B.E. program at KPPG University.

Selection Criteria

• For selection in the undergraduate B.E. program, the merit list will be prepared by awarding 60% weightage to 12th marks obtained in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and 40% weightage will be given to the candidate’s score in GUJCET.

• Candidate has to register for counselling online at the official GUJCET website. After filling the application form a fee of INR 300 has to be paid online.
• The exam will be conducted offline for a duration of 120 minutes for physics and chemistry and 60 minutes for maths. The type of questions will be MCQs and marking scheme is +1 for the correct answer and -0.25 for incorrect answer. The total no. of questions are 120.
• Exam syllabus will comprise topics of Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.
• Seats are allotted based on the cut-offs released for GUJCET. Cutoffs are released in the form of opening and closing ranks category wise for all the branches. Below are the previous years all 3 round’s ranks for the general category-

How to apply for the UG program?

Documents required

• Scanned copy of academic transcripts.
• Scanned photograph of size 5KB-50KB and dimensions 120px X 120px in .jpg/.jpeg
• Scanned copy of signature done in black or dark blue ink on white paper of size 5KB-50KB and dimensions 120px X 120px in .jpg/.jpeg.
• Scanned copy of the category certificate.

Application process:

• Register for the GUJCET exam for the B.E. program on the official website gujcet.gseb.org.
• Enter the personal, academic details and upload scanned images of photograph and signature.
• Pay the application fee of INR 300 through SBI Epay System via Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking.
• After submitting the application, save the log-in details and application ID to collect the admit card in the future.

KPPG University offers full-time postgraduate M.E program in 2 specializations namely Electronics and Communication Engineering and Mechanical Engineering.

Eligibility Criteria

• The minimum eligibility criteria for the postgraduate M.E program are B.E./B.Tech. Degree with a minimum of 50% marks (45% for reserved categories) is required. GATE/PGCET score is mandatory to secure admission in the M.E. program. 
• There is no minimum/maximum age limit to appear for the exam.

Selection Criteria

• Candidates have to register online for GATE on CCMT official site will the relevant details.
• After successful completion of registration, the candidate will receive an enrolment ID which will be used while filling the registration form.
• The GATE paper will consist of 65 questions comprising of both MCQs and Numerical based questions. The duration is 180 minutes. There are +1 and +2 marks for 1 Mark and 2 Mark MCQs and negative marking of 1/3 and 2/3 respectively.
• Syllabus depends on the subject chosen by the candidate however, the General Aptitude section will be common for all.

If the candidates qualify in the entrance exam, candidates need to apply individually for COAP and CCMT counselling for the admission in KPPG University.

How to apply for the PG program?

Documents required

• Scanned copy of the Degree Certificate/Provisional Certificate, equivalent to B.E/ B.Tech recognized by MHRD or AICTE.
• Scanned copy of Category Certificate or PWD Certificate if applicable.
• The scanned passport size photograph of the candidate of 480×640 to 240×320 pixels in JPEG format.
• Scanned signature image can be between 160×560 to 80×280 pixels in JPEG format.

Application process:

• Register for GATE/PGCET exam online by filling the application form. Enter log-in details to generate an enrolment ID for log-in purposes.
• Log-in and complete application by providing personal, academic, and qualification details. Choose the preferred exam center at this stage.
• Upload scanned copy of photograph, signature, and category certificate as per the required specifications.
• Pay the application fee through net banking/debit card/credit card and submit.
• After submitting the application takes a hard copy for future reference.

How to Apply for GATE?

The applications are accepted through the official website of GOAPS. Where the applicant must register first to create a new registration using one unique email id. 

Documents Required

• Scanned photograph and signature 
• Valid Photo ID (Aadhaar Card/Passport/Driving License/PAN Card/Voter ID/College ID/Employee Identification Card/Notarized Affidavit with Photo, Signature, Date of Birth and Residential Address).
• Degree Certificate/Provisional Certificate/Course Completion Certificate.
• Copy of mark sheet of V /VI /VII semester.
• Final year students must submit Provisional Certificate Letter as per format issued by the Home of Institute/Dean/Registrar/Head of Dept.
• Candidates in the final year of AMIE have to submit their mark sheet for Section A of AMIE in case of professional equivalent qualifications.
• Caste Certificate/Disability or PwD Certificate (if applicable).
• Candidates pursuing a higher degree or masters have to submit the qualifying degree certificate.

CCMT Counseling

M.Tech admissions are also through CCMT Counseling. The applicants apply online on the official website. Eligibility criteria have been given below: 

Eligibility 

• The applicants must be GATE qualified and should have passed B.E/B.Tech with 6.5 CGPA (or 60%) for general/unreserved category (55% for reserved category).
• Provisional certificate is accepted if final scores are not released by the respective institution. But candidates must submit their final scores within the stipulated time given.
• Students who are GATE qualified will be considered before those who apply on the basis of the previous exam’s qualifying marks.

Note: GATE qualified students must apply through the official website of CCMT to be considered for counseling and admissions.
