Remarks :

Eligibility is 75% in class 12 boards. Application for is of jee mains followed by advanced. I got obc reservation benefits. Counselling should be a little slower allowing us to change our choices after a round.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I chose chemical engineering because it is a chill branch and I will get more time to study non-core. The faculty-student ratio is about 1:50. All faculty are phd. Exams are held 2 times per semester and there are 2 semesters in a year.

Class Size : 79Course Fees : INR 300000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

The stipend during the internship is about 60k-1lpa which is a good enough income for your first salary. Projects and CP play a key role in getting one and building a strong profile and good connections help.

Placement Experience :

Student are eligible for campus placement in the first semester of their final year. More than 150 companies visited offering more than 2000 offers. Highest package was 2.64cr pa and the median is about 19 lpa Percentage placement is about 80% while many opt for research and further studies. Placement is my plan as of now.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

No there was no fee hike in iit kgp this year. I am getting a scholarship from the government of India as I cleared the exam in my 10th grade due to which I will get rupees 2000 per month for the entire duration of my graduation.

Campus Life :

The annual fest is held in April or May and it is called spring fest. Books and journals are available in the library. All facility charging ports are present in class. All sports facilities and equipment are available There are various clubs to explore.

Hostel Facilities :

In a room we have a cupboard bed table light and a ceiling fan the rooms are either 2x sharing or 3x sharing for freshers. Gospel we got right on the day of reporting. I didn't rent a PG I was provided a histel from the college. Food of the mess could be better.

The Good college and very good.

Placement Experience:

Placements are quite good on the campus GKCIET especially trains and encourages the students to sit for internships and placements. A student is eligible to sit for the internships at the beginning of the third and placements from the beginning of the third and placements from beginning of the final year .. a student can manage to get a PPO after completing the internship in the 3 rd which is also encouraged by the student. The other criteria regarding placements and intership are quite well-defined in the GKCIET

This college offers excellent education with a minimal fees

Placement Experience:

The recruiters are listed on the official page of the college. Some recruiters are tcs, Wipro, Capgemini, Ori Plast, byjus etc. Some students also got placed in international eminent tech giant companies off-campus There's 90 % placement from CSE and ECE.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because the profile came to know that the professor of this college is very good for the mechanical branch the faculty and student ratio is good for the study of the student qualification of the faculty and review teacher is like that they are good in English and they no proper way of teaching the timing of the term of the exam is first exam is midterm in which the question is of 25 marks and we have to give at least 20 marks answer it is conducted after 3 months of the beginning of the course and after the midterm exam there is another in term exam.
