Remarks :
We have to take the NTA CUET exam for admission in Central Universities, I had given preference to Delhi University. Every University has its own counseling process based on the score of CUET exam. For Delhi University the process is through the CSAS(common seat allocation system) process. I got the Ramjas College BA program as my first preference for 724/800 general category marks and I was happy so I froze in the first counseling itself but it's best to wait for 2-3 rounds.
Course Curriculum Overview :
My course and curriculum are apt and parallel to the Public Service Syllabus which helps me in improving my intrinsic knowledge about the subjects. Ramjas College is one of the finest colleges in North Campus Delhi has the best faculty and the best professors like P. C. Tulsian in the Commerce Department. Teachers here are highly qualified and experienced and completed their studies at JNU and DU etc. The teachers here know what to teach and also inspire us.
Internships Opportunities :
Various Companies come to our college to provide internship opportunities like Amazon, Ernst Young EY, JP Morgan and Chase, Hunch, Hood, Accenture, etc. mainly consultancy companies and hedge fund management companies hire interns from our college.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Ramjas College has the lowest Fees among all colleges of Delhi University. Its yearly fee is less than PG's monthly rent. Financial assistance is provided as all girls and people of the EWS/OBC/SC/ST are provided rebates in tuition fees. Jobs and placement cells are active and function from time to time to provide pre-placement offers and internships.
Campus Life :
Life on campus is smooth and soothing. Fests are held in respective colleges and are very lively and exciting. Societies of respective colleges also organize their fests and program speaker sessions. The library has enough books and space for study and preparation.
Hostel Facilities :
Hostels are cheap and very close to colleges and campuses but it's very difficult to get into one. There are very few colleges that have their own hostels, and the seats in hostels are very limited too. Basic amenities like fan beds table and washing machine are provided it's not too fancy but livable. The food quality is also decent, I am currently residing in a hostel therefore I have experienced living in a hostel.
