TURNING DREAMS INTO REALITY IN MIT-WPU

Remarks :

Firstly you need to apply online on mit official website mitwpu.edu.in and then after filling out the application you upload the marks you have scored in JEE(there are other criteria also), then if you are eligible for the course you have applied and if you're selected then you'll get a mail and welcome letter from the college's official account and also you would be asked to pay the fee and upload documents and then you need to submit your documents to University also in hard copy and classes will start after some days

Course Curriculum Overview :

Course curriculum is very decent and faculty are experienced some faculty members are not so experienced while other members are, but overall you get a good environment for curriculum and faculty members. I chose Btech because I want to be an engineer and this CS stream is helping me to do the things I like and love. There are 60 students in class and 7-8 subjects are there in each semester including peace and yoga and nearly 2-3 teachers are there for each course. Each teacher has their own way of teaching, although most of the teacher's slides in theory lectures have prepared and the explanation part is strong, as teachers are highly qualified even if they have less experience but the qualifications are high. It's not too hard to pass exams there are 2 main exams midterms and end terms, mid terms fall after 2 months of course commencement and the end term happens 20 days before the semester ends.

Placement Experience :

From semester 3 you are eligible for internships both paid and unpaid internships can be grabbed by eligible students. From semester 6 onwards you can sit in placements Companies like IBM, Google, Microsoft, Infosys, TCS, Tata, birlasoft, Harman etc. visited the campus and provided excellent packages to deserving students. College guarantees 100% placement to eligible students. My personal plan depends on what package I grab in 3rd year if it satisfies me then I'll follow the charm of the job and do work like a corporate employee but if it doesn't satisfy me then I'll be pursuing an MS in my field.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The regular fee is Rs.3,25,000 and the fee can be reduced by scholarship you get along with your jee marks or any other entrance exams. Also, if you're a scholar and scored good you get a scholarship and financial aid for that also. You can catch internships in the 5th semester and you can also get a job at the end of the 3rd year.

Campus Life :

The social life is good, you meet a bunch of new people from different parts of the nation, although most of the people are from Maharashtra, Gujrat and Rajasthan you get good bonding over time with classmates as well as people outside of your class. An annual fest like Ride, Vasundhara, MIT-WPU flea is organised to provide both enjoyment and opportunities to students. A large number of books are available in the college library covering every scope you need and the issue policy is too easy and queue free. Well-furnished Classrooms are equipped with smart boards and CCTVs which provide an easy and better experience for students to learn and understand. Sports teams are there and a new dedicated sports building is under construction on the campus itself, the basketball court is easily accessible and free to use. Clubs like Innovation Hub, CSI, GDSC, Cultural and a lot more clubs provide positive exposure to students which helps in the overall development of the students.
