choose the college wisely and make a bright future

Remarks :

The admission process was online and got into this college by my ranking in Karnataka CET (KCET), the cutoff for the general merit student during my admission was around 36645 and after getting my results from the KCET I applied for a few of the colleges by prioritizing the college cutoff rank and then later I got this college in my second round of selection. After one completes his /her pu in science they can apply for the kcet in cetonline.karnataka.gov.in website.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I have opted Electronics and Communication Engineering course it is a very good course I chose this course thinking that it has a very big scope in the future. The faculty in my college is very friendly and also they have many well-qualified lectures There are around 25 faculty members handling the course the faculties taught me well they also make the best use of the ppts in your classes. the term exams were around 5 months each as there are 2 sem in a year, and the exams where not too tough.

Placement Experience :

The college offers better placements 'and the students from the 7th sem onwards are eligible for the placements there should not be any backlogs to attend the placements drive, till now many companies have visited the colleges, for example, ibm, tata else, kit, arcadia, Accenture, Mindtree, survey sparrow, keyence, Comviva, tech Mahindra, etc. and they have offered around 250+ offers as per last year data the highest package from our course was 36 lakhs per annum.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

In my college, the fee structure is like this 62073 is my government fee and 43000 extra as the college collects it as infrastructure fees so the total of my college fees is 105073 per year and it is the same for all 4 years of my college. We can avail of the scholarships we are eligible for as family income must be under 200000 per annum. and the college consistently provides placement opportunities all the year and also internships with stipends of around 12000 per month.

Campus Life :

life on campus is nice as the college concentrates on the overall development of the students it provides more opportunities for extracurricular activities there will be more programs going on in the college events talent shows and many others it conducts the main college fest in the month of April. There is a big library in our college where we can borrow ny number of books with a valid ID card.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course as I was interested in game development and I wanted to learn coding. All the teaching faculty in the college have PhD degree in their respective subjects. Teaching method can be improved as they just read pdf rather than make the class interesting. Term exams take place every two months and there are only two term exams which are mid sem and end sem. Difficulty of exams is moderate.

In the 6th, 7th and 8th sem students can able to attend the campus placement. So many companies will be visiting for campus placement. Around 50-100 companies will be visiting every year. 85% of the students will be getting placements. My plan after getting a degree is to work in an MNC company as a web developer.
