Remarks :

The admission process for me was based on the KCET rank I got. Once I got the rank I went to the college and had a good college and hostel trip. After a week went to the college the lectures there were very kind and we had a very smooth admission process.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Since I was very interested in choosing I chose this course. Faculty to faculty-to-student ratio is almost 1: 15. Qualification of almost every faculty is Mtech and teaching methods are practical-oriented. Term exams were once in 5 months. We faced difficulties only during COVID times.

Class Size : 55Course Fees : INR 20000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

Projects were done on RPA DBMS Computer graphics. Internships are being provided with Salesforce and other companies based on student interest. Importance is given to every course student for internship and placement.

Placement Experience :

7th semester onwards. Almost every good IT company visits. At an average, every company will hire 30 to 40 students Every year. The highest can go up to 25LPA, The average being 6 to 7 LPA, 95% placement overall. I want to pursue higher studies abroad.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

College fees remained the same for all 4 years. Only hostel and mess few was increasing every year. In the first year it was 55,000 Rs by the end of 4 years it was 70,000Rs. The cost of the study is very low since it's in a remote area anyone can afford to study there.

Campus Life :

The annual fest is called Sentia held in March or April every year it's a very grand fest in which every student in the college participates and many other colleges do take part. A very good and vast library is available. It's a very good college if you are good at sports, especially cricket and football. There are multiple student-oriented clubs that run every weekend.

Hostel Facilities :

2 beds 1 attached bathroom 1 table 2 chairs. Meal quantity is very sufficient and the menu is flexible since it's a South Indian-oriented kitchen. Registration for the hostel should be made during admission.

Hostel Fee : INR 65000 per year

IIIT Dharwad - A college to be avoided

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course as I was interested in game development and I wanted to learn coding. All the teaching faculty in the college have PhD degree in their respective subjects. Teaching method can be improved as they just read pdf rather than make the class interesting. Term exams take place every two months and there are only two term exams which are mid sem and end sem. Difficulty of exams is moderate.

Placement Experience:

In the 6th, 7th and 8th sem students can able to attend the campus placement. So many companies will be visiting for campus placement. Around 50-100 companies will be visiting every year. 85% of the students will be getting placements. My plan after getting a degree is to work in an MNC company as a web developer.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for campus placement after 3rd year of bechlor degree. Companies like Google, Infosys, Facebook, Flipkart, Microsoft, oracle, YouTube, amazone, Intel, Uber, Myntra, Cisco, NetApp, Morgan, visa and many more. Over 93% students are placed last year. And the maximum packege was above 45 LPA.

Placement Experience:

From the third semester, the students are eligible for campus placements. Yeah, we have many different types of companies. Last time one member from our got selected for the 23 lakhs package and i dont know about the lowest package. The percentage of students should be more than 60.

Cbit is the best college in education

Placement Experience:

The placements will be done from the 6th sem but in our college, they started in the 2nd sem, it is very useful in students life. The highest package is 8 lakhs and the lowest package is 2 lakhs. 70% of students were placed.
