Pondicherry University's campus is extremely student-friendly, with free wifi available 24 hours a day and clean female hostels. It has the most extensive library. There is a free bus service on campus, as well as a shopping complex and other amenities. Paperwork and administrative tasks are also completed on time. Pondicherry is also a lovely location. You receive all of the advantages of studying at a Central University.

The syllabus at Calicut University which is a state university is excellent, but administrative support is lacking. Your certificates will not arrive on time.
