Which is better for civil engineering: PDPU OR NIRMA?

TA
Tithi Aggrawal Posted On : May 9th, 2023
Lives in New Delhi

I would any day choose NIRMA over PDPU for Civil Engineering because

  • NIRMA was awarded an "A" grade from NAAC Committee
  • Excellent infrastructure and academic environment
  • The quality of peer groups is better than PDPU
  • The curriculum is well structured and balanced to suit industry needs
  • Equal importance is given to academics and extracurricular activities that are promoted through student-driven clubs.
  • NIRMA is situated at a better location and thus has better transportation facilities.
  • Various academic and cultural activities keep campus life lively and dynamic
  • The professors are highly learned and provide ample opportunities for research, projects, and publications.
  • Excellent placement scenario with the average package this year at INR 10.50 LPA and the highest at INR 26 LPA.

Irrespective of the Institute you choose, it’s your capability to make the most out of the program and determine what makes you successful and not the institute.

Which college is better for the CS branch, UIT RGPV, LNCT or Truba in Bhopal?

SV
Shiva Vyas Posted On : November 10th, 2022
Lives in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India

When the three are compared, Truba falls far short of LNCT and UIT. Because LNCT is a private institution and UIT is a government institution, it is recommended that you attend UIT. The reason for this is that it is always preferable to study in a government college rather than a private one. Private institutions charge exorbitant tuition fees, and if you are not a local, you may have debts for room rent, bills, and food, amounting to around 5 lakh or even more for a graduate-level course. Furthermore, we cannot guarantee you a placement.

At UIT, you must keep yourself good enough academically to find a seat on campuses that will keep you on track to work hard and earn a first-class degree.
