LNCT definitely has a better placement record than UIT RGPV Bhopal. UIET Chandigarh is affiliated to Panjab University and ranked 72nd by NIRF India Rankings 2020. Biotechnology at UIET Chandigarh deals with living organisms or parts of them to create different products. UIET is well equipped with all the necessary facilities. 

NIT Sikkim offers both undergraduate and postgraduate courses. The closing rank of Biotechnology is 40827 at NIT Sikkim. 

Thapar (TIET) University is ranked 51 overall and 29 for BTech by NIRF 2020. They have collaborations with International Universities like Trinity College, Dublin and The University of Waterloo.

If location is not your primary concern then you can opt for Biotechnology from TIET because it has a consistent placement record and more companies visit TIET during the placement program. The top companies visiting TIET for placement in Biotechnology are GlaxoSmithKline, Johnson and Johnson, Serum Institute, Roche and Abbot.

MIT ID is a different University than MIT WPU. This difference is reflected in the different course structures of their B.Des program. This course structure is available on the website of each University.

The CSE or Computer Science Engineering course is a 4 year undergraduate programme.

All the three colleges are affiliated to VTU- Visvesvaraya Technological University and are located in Karnataka.

Dr Ambedkar Institute of Technology:

Eligibility criteria: Candidates must have cleared their 12th standard examination from any recognised board and CET entrance test.

Internships: The internship opportunities are quite well where students are paid around Rs. 30000 per month in companies like Juniper Networks, Betsol and Infosys.

Placements: Top recruiting companies for placements are TCS, Tech Mahindra, Infosys, Wipro, CGI, Betsol, Juniper Networks, IBM, Cognizant, Subex etc. and the top roles offered are System Engineer trainee and Software Engineer trainee.

NMAM Institute of Technology:

Eligibility criteria: 10+2 standard examination along with CET entrance test.
