What is the admission procedure in SRCC for B.Com?
SRCC provides honours courses only in B.Com (hons) or Economics (hons) for which Maths is compulsory in 12th.
The procedure is as follows:
- You will be selected on the basis of calculating your best 4 subject’s marks making sure that 1 language is counted in it.
- Fill in the online form and mention the college names as preference.
- Wait for the cutoff and see whether you have cleared SRCC cutoff or not.
- Then go to the college with all your academic documents, including identity or address proofs to complete the admission process.
It is recommended that you score a 97.5 - 97.25% or above if you are from the unreserved category.
What is your review of Jaipur National University?
Jaipur National University is among the top private universities in Jaipur. The infrastructure of the college is decent. The labs are well equipped. The university library has a huge collection of books. It offers hostel accommodation to students.
The institute has an active placement division. Almost 75% of the students appearing for placement drives get placed. Companies such as Google, Octal, Facebook, IBM, Infosys, etc. take part in Jaipur National University placements.
What are some disadvantages of pursuing a B.Com P instead of a B.Com Hons from Delhi University?
The main disadvantage of pursuing a B.Com P instead of B.Com Hons is the syllabus. Delhi University B.Com Hons syllabus has a perfect blend of theory and practical subjects. You can also specialize in some subjects. B.Com Hons covers the subjects in more detail compared to B.Com P.
This is why recruiters prefer B.Com Hons students over B.Com P students. If you are planning on pursuing CA or CS, then pursuing B.Com (H) will be better.
Will one get internal KT if he gets less marks for viva in Mumbai University engineering?
If you score less than 10 marks in the viva, then there is a possibility of getting internal KT. But in most cases, the students can easily score marks above 10. Try to answer at least one question in the viva. Otherwise, there is a chance to get internal KT.
How was your NMIMS interview experience?
A few years back, one of my friends appeared in the NMIMS interview. His overall experience was good. Here is his experience in brief.
After document verification, the first round was the case study. But my friend was given a topic about Net neutrality and Fair pricing. But there was no case written on the sheet of paper. Except for only one of the students from their group, no one had much information about the topic. In the interview, he was asked about his SOP, his family business, etc.
Which is better: NIT Trichy I.C.E. or S.S.N. EEE branch?
Instrumentation & Control Engineering and Electrical and Electronics Engineering are different branches. Although, both of these branches have some similarities. To choose between both of these is your choice.
Here are some of the facts about NIT Trichy and SSN.
- Faculty: SSN has amazing teaching faculty. They have quality teachers, some better than in NIT Trichy.
- Ranking: SSN is one of the premier institutes in Tamil Nadu and NIT Trichy is among the top-ranked NITs in the country.
- Extracurricular activities: SSN gives equal importance to academics and extra-curricular activities as well. They focus on overall development. In NIT Trichy, a lot of extracurricular activities are held. Fests are organized almost every week. They focus too much on extracurricular.
- Campus: SSN is lush green and has a scenic beauty. NIT Trichy has a rocky campus and does not have much greenery, although they do have a beautiful college avenue road.
- Placements: The placements of NIT Trichy are better than SSN, however, the Average CTC is almost the same. Here is the placement highlight of the year 2020.

NIT Trichy has a brand name higher than SSN. However, if you are planning to do higher education such as MS abroad, then regardless of the brand, you should choose SSN as it will help you to grow academically.
Is studying law at NLSIU a good option? Many of my friends dropped out of there saying it was very hectic and boring with no extracurricular.
It can be said that NLSIU is the best institute for law. Here are some reasons as to why.
- The library at NLSIU is one of the biggest in the country.
- As far as extracurriculars are concerned, every trimester has something to offer.
- In the first semester, there's Spiritus which is the biggest sports fest among all the law schools with participation from more than 20–30 colleges.
- In the second trimester, there are Strawberry fields which is one of the biggest music festivals in the country with the participation of more than 60 bands from all over the country.
- Lastly, in every trimester there's also some sporting event within the campus like gully cricket league, football league, and basketball league, and so on.
- If you include debate moots, etc. it has so much to offer.
- In the third semester, a whole week is devoted to extracurriculars from dance to music to dress-up competitions, etc.
Studying at NLSIU is hectic but never boring and the statement about no extracurricular activities is false. There are so many extracurricular activities that you might sometimes get confused about which to take part in.
What was your CGPA in the first semester in IIT Delhi?

It wasn’t that difficult to maintain a decent CGPA but what she learned was that your entire focus should not be just on scoring a good CGPA, but improving your skills and personality should also be given importance.
How do I get a transcript from GNDU Amritsar?
Well, the procedure is straightforward. You have to go to the Administration Block and the Transcripts Office on the top floor.
You need to submit an application that explains why you require transcripts and lists all required credentials. Furthermore, you must pay a fee that is determined by the number of transcripts you require. Three sets of them used to cost 7000 INR each (one set comprised eight transcripts, one for each semester of B.tech), a few years back.
You can pay the fee and receive a token slip from the accounting department. The token must then be submitted to the Administration Block office. They'll most likely tell you to wait a week, but if you're lucky, you'll get them sooner.
