The CSE programs of both BITS Pilani and IIT BHU are equally good but in different aspects.
IIT BHU
BITS Pilani
In conclusion, if it’s the branch name and tag you are after, go for IIT BHU but if you are after education and better placements, BITS Pilani is the best option for you.
As a BTech graduate from VJTI, I would suggest you to go with VJTI for your MTech in CSE.
All these factors make VJTI an ideal choice for pursuing MTech CSE. For admission to MTech CSE, you are required to possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline from a recognised university and a valid score in the GATE exam.

The ECE program at IIIT Hyderabad is more focused on IT than Electronics because IIIT Hyderabad itself is an IT institute. Other colleges have a lot of non-IT courses in the first year of their ECE program whereas IIIT Hyderabad ECE has no such courses in the firsts year
ECE stands for many things in different places. ECE in IIIT is Electronics and communication engineering. However, unlike Electronics in other institutes. IIIT Hyderabad ECE program does not include courses such as electrical machines, electric drives, power systems, power electronics, and related labs and workshops.
The students of both ECE and CSE at IIIT Hyderabad are taught common courses sin the first year after which students can take CS courses as electives. Some of these include Statistical Methods in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Computer Vision, Artificial Neural and Networks (ANN).
IIIT Hyderabad does not have official CS and ECE departments enabling students from any stream to join any research center irrespective of the program they are enrolled in.
IIIT Hyderabad ECE placements are great

Overall, ECE at IIIT Hyderabad is certainly a great choice!
I think opting for IIT Indore CSE is a better option than choosing Mathematics and Computing at IIT BHU.

I think IIT Delhi is one of the institutions to go for Engineering, technology, and management studies as compared to IIFT Delhi IIM Shillong or DMS in terms of brand value.
For CS, BITS Pilani is better than IIT BHU. It offers excellent resources, infrastructure, academics, and placements for the branch. BITS is widely recognized in the CSE domain. The curriculum followed is probably the best among the technological institutes in the country.
The recent highlights of BITS Pilani placements show the median CTC for CSE to be around INR 18 LPA. While the highest CTC goes up to INR 40 LPA. All major MNCs visit the campus drive. If you can afford the course fee, you should go for BITS.
Lloyd Business School is a highly regarded institution offering a PGDM program. It is accredited by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and has been consistently ranked among the top business schools in India. My friend was a student of Lloyd Business School-Supply Chain Management. He told me about his program that was in collaboration with Safexpress. It provided a plethora of opportunities for placement in its client companies and Safexpress. I think Lloyd Business School is a great choice for PGDM if you want to study in Delhi NCR. Here are a few points that support my stance further
Ultimately up to you to decide if it's the right fit for you and your career goals.
