For example, ICICI Lombard visits such campuses and asks for a candidate with at least 24 months of work experience. It all depends on how the placements committee is negotiating with the companies and what are the requirements of the companies. Sometimes they mention the number of candidates they are looking to hire. Sometimes, they don’t tell any number.
