SSN Chennai is a private university ranked 44th by NIRF(National Institute of Research and Framework) 2020. IIIT Dharwad was established recently but still gives head-on competition to all other institutes. The placement opportunities are exemplary for both the institutes. Both colleges have experienced ECE faculty not only in terms of academics but also in terms of industry. Well developed laboratories help students to turn classroom lectures into hands-on practical learning.

SSN Chennai:

• In the recent placement activity, SSN Chennai placed more than 95% of its students from various branches. The highest salary offered was INR 61 LPA.

IIT Dharwad:

• IIIT Dharwad saw its first batch with a placement record of placing more than 90% of its students.

According to the NIRF India Ranking 2020 for the B.Tech course, KLE Technological University ranks at 136 out of 300 colleges in India. It is also the 16th best university in the state of Karnataka. KLE Technological University offers a BE program for these specializations and the admission is through COMEDK-UGET or KET.

Electronics and Communication Engineering:

The course enlists practical training, site visits to NASA participation as an essential part of the curriculum. 53 faculty members are in the department.

NIT Kurukshetra is one of the best engineering colleges in India and is known for its course structure and placements. ECE course at NIT, Kurukshetra is not very popular however, it has its advantages of being a research and theory-driven course with passionate students showing incredible results.

• Most B.Tech students choose their specialization after the first year depending upon their merit as well as interests. In this sense, the ECE course is mostly taken by students interested in that subject and driven to excel in it.

Dr. B.R. Ambedkar institute of technology, Bangalore, the college is AICTE recognized and it is affiliated to Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU).

Academics:
It offers a BE for ECE.

• The candidate should have passed class 12th with at least 45% of marks with any recognized board.

• The candidate should also appear for the KCET Examination or COMEDK UGET in order to seek admission for BE ECE.
