IILM Greater Noida is better for Marketing (PGDM). It is a reputed B-School with 25+ years of experience in training future managers and entrepreneurs. The institute has a strong alumni base of around 12000+. 

IILM boasts of a highly competent faculty base. Professors are well-qualified and have years of experience in their respective fields. IILM uses a hands-on learning approach which includes case studies, seminars, role plays, presentations, etc. 

IILM placements have an average CTC of INR 7 LPA. The highest CTC offered goes up to INR 17 LPA. Axis Bank, PhonePe, ICICI Bank, IDFC, etc. are among the major recruiters that take part in the placement drive.

DTU and NSUT aren’t even close to the top IITs at least now. Earlier, DTU was quite comparable to IIT Roorkee but ever since it has been converted to a university, it has lost its charm. However, DTU and NSUT are still among the top 10 colleges in India and are better than some IITs. Here are a few things that make these two colleges inferior to IITs

• The reservation policy for Delhi people is over 85% which hampers the peer group quality and diversity to a large extent.
• The faculty pool comprises below-average professors who have no interest in teaching or encouraging research work.
• Lastly, the administration of the college is pathetic.

So here is what I would recommend you

• For CS/IT : OLD IITs>IIITH>NSUT Delhi>DTU>Top 3 NITs>New IITs
• For other branches: Old IITs>DTU>NSUT Delhi>Top 3 NITs>New IITs

If you want to pursue research, then consider joining IIITs or IITs instead of NSUT Delhi or DTU.

Among these two IILM is definitely the better college. Amity has a huge student intake, so it’s difficult to get the required attention from faculties. While the small batch size of IILM ensures that everyone gets proper attention. IILM also has a strong mentoring program. 

IILM course curriculum is globally benchmarked. Course modules are inspired by top business schools in the world like Wharton Business School, Stanford Graduate School of Business, and IIMA. 

The liberal educational approach of IILM also gives students the freedom and flexibility to explore their passion. 

I refuse to believe that the quality of education in AIIMS is any less than in AIIMS Delhi. AIIMS Rishikesh is one of the fastest-growing AIIMS and has so much potential. Like everybAIIMS, it has its unique curriculum that is updated frequently to meet the needs of the students. Some unique aspects of the AIIMS Rishikesh curriculum are

• AIIMS Rishikesh follows a 100% objective exams pattern and the questions asked are based on clinical cases and not textbook questions.
• The 3rd year in addition to the 3 subjects every AIIMS has, also covers 3 additional subjects namely Orthopaedics, Psychiatry, and Dermatology.
• AIIMS Rishikesh has one of the best lab facilities with Simulation labs where students are trained with BLS, suturing, cannula insertion, different types of injection, ABG, and many other things.
• AIIMS Rishikesh also organizes an inter-college competition and students participate actively. 
• AIIMS Rishikesh has a well-balanced faculty-to-student ratio.
• The faculty of AIIMS Rishikesh is very learned and dynamic and conducts lively classroom lectures.

Overall, AIIMS Rishikesh gives equal importance to research and education and this doesn't mean its quality of education is any less than other AIIMS.

Based on different factors, you can categorize the IITs into various groups. For example, academically, the top IITs are IIT Kanpur, IIT KGP, and IIT Bombay. Similarly, IIT Guwahati is known for its top-notch accommodation facilities with single rooms allotted to every student. The campus encompassed by natural beauty is second only to IIT Roorkee. 

Universities like IIT BHU and IT BHU despite being old, haven’t been able to reach the level of IIT Kanpur or Kharagpur. However, it does give a slight edge to IIT Delhi in terms of academics 

Honestly, every student is aware of the actual credibility of his institute and chooses it anyway. 

Either the Institute aligns with his preferences or that particular IIT was the only IIT he could make it into. So IITians don’t usually fight amongst themselves unless it’s an outsider trying to trigger them.

AIIMS established in 2012 are mostly compared on secondary factors such as location, proximity to home, language, and reputation of the college among top rankers. Basically, it is personal preferences that make one AIIMS better than the other for someone. The cutoff and rankings should not only be taken into consideration while comparing and it is advisable to look at the bigger picture. During the early years of establishment, the top rankers preferred Jodhpur to Patna because of Bihar’s poor reputation. The subsequent batches followed the trend blindly and today too, AIIMS Jodhpur is preferable to AIIMS Patna. AIIMS Jodhpur is preferred by students from north or west India owing to the less distance from home. Additionally, the primary coaching belt lies in Kota and Delhi, making AIIMS Jodhpur a much preferable choice. Both the AIIMS pose no major language issues.

AIIMS Jodhpur enjoys a good location being an international tourist location, so you will get to experience a better college life than Patna, one of the dirtiest cities in India. The quality of life will be better for Jodhpur students.

So your first option should always be AIIMS Jodhpur followed by AIIMS Patna. 

AIIMS Patna is better than IGIMS Patna. Being a central college, it offers better perks and facilities to students. In terms of academics too, it’s ahead of IGIMS Patna. AIIMS Patna has PG courses in Clinical and Non-Clinical branches. Overall you will get better exposure at this institute, due to the tag of AIIMS. 

IMS Ghaziabad is better for PGDM. It has a better management faculty. IMS Ghaziabad placements are better as well. During the 2022 placement drive, students received an average CTC of INR 7.15 LPA. The highest domestic and international packages offered this year were INR 26.17 LPA and INR 18 LPA, respectively. Companies such as Deloitte, Garner, Cvent India, etc. took part in the placement drive.

Patna University is comparably better than Magadh University. It maintains a fixed schedule. The classes and examinations are on time. Your course will be completed within the scheduled time. The results and degrees are delivered as per the timeline. The academics and teaching methodology used at Patna University are better than Magadh University. 

It also has a locational benefit. Patna has many good coaching institutes for banking, SSC, etc.
