How to Get Admission in B.J. Medical College, Ahmedabad?

Each year 250 seats are offered by B.J. Medical College, Ahmedabad for admission to the graduate medical course, leading to the award of MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery) degree completely on the basis of NEET. Candidates clearing NEET cut off will be offered admission to the college subject to the fulfillment of all eligibility criteria.

BJMC, Ahmedabad Admission Eligibility Criteria

Prospective students for the undergraduate course must fulfill the following criteria:

• Nationality: Candidate must be an Indian Citizen or Overseas Citizen of India.
• Age Limit: Candidate must be of minimum 17 years of age at the time of admission on or before December 31, 2021. 
• Essential Academic Qualification: Candidates who have passed Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology individually securing a minimum of 50% in 10+2 is eligible. For reserved category (SC/ST/OBC), there is a relaxation of 10% so they have to secure a minimum of 40% to be eligible. General physically handicapped candidates have to secure a minimum of 45%. Aspirants who are appearing in 10+2 examination may also appear provisionally subject to their fulfilling the conditions later on.
