NEET 2021 Urdu N5 question paper was rated easy to moderate. The overall difficulty level was rated higher compared to NEET 2020. Two new languages (Malyalam and Punjabi) were added in NEET 2021. More than 1500000 students appeared for the exam. There were a total of 200 questions that appeared in Physics, Chemistry, Botany, and Zoology sections (50 questions in each section).

NEET 2021 Urdu N5 Detailed Paper Analysis
Each section was divided into 2 i.e. Part A and Part B. 35 and 15 questions were carried by Part A and Part B respectively. All the questions in Part A were mandatory to attempt, while only 10 out of 15 questions were mandatory to attempt in Part B.

- Moderate level questions dominated the Chemistry section.
- There were 17 questions each from Organic and Inorganic Chemistry
- Weightage of Physical Chemistry remained low as compared to the other subsections
- There were only 7 difficult questions in the Chemistry section of NEET 2021 Urdu N5
In order to qualify the qualifying cutoff, General, OBC, and SC/ST candidates were required to score a minimum of 50, 40, and 40 percentile respectively.
