NEET 2021 Tamil P6 was conducted by NTA across 202 cities in India. The exam was held at nearly 3800 exam centers. The language count was also increased by 2 this year. Nearly 54000 students qualified NEET 2021 from Tamil Nadu. There were a total of 4 sections in NEET Tamil P6. Each section accounted for a 25% weightage in NEET 2021 Tamil P6.

All the 4 sections combined, a total of 200 questions appeared. These 200 questions were equally distributed in the four sections (each section carried 50 questions). The overall difficulty level of NEET 2021 Tamil P6 was rated easy to moderate.

• There were almost 23 moderate to difficult level questions in the Zoology and Botany section combined.
• The Chemistry section comprised only 3 difficult level questions. Rest of the questions were of either easy or moderate level.
