NEET 2021 Assamese O6 was conducted on 12th September 2021 in a single slot (2 PM to 5 PM). In 2021, NEET exam was conducted in 13 languages (English, Hindi, and 11 other regional languages). NTA introduced two independent sections (Botany and Zoology) and removed some topics from the class 12th syllabus of the Biology section. The overall difficulty level of NEET 2021 Question Paper Assamese O6 was rated easy to moderate. Questions asked in NEET Chemistry and Zoology sections were the easiest to attempt.

NEET 2021 comprised 4 sections and each section comprised two parts (Part A and Part B). Part A carried 35 questions that were mandatory to attempt. Part B carried 15 questions, 10 out of 15 questions were mandatory to attempt.

• The questions that appeared in the Physics section of NEET 2021 Assamese O6 question paper were the most difficult compared to the other sections. Total 7 chapters/topics contributed questions in the Physics section.
• Questions asked in the Chemistry section were classified into further three sections i.e Organic Chemistry, Inorganic Chemistry, and Physical Chemistry. The number of questions listed in all three sections were 15, 19, and 16 questions respectively.
• The Zoology section had moderate level questions. 14 topics/chapters contributed in the Zoology section of NEET 2021 Assamese O6.
