NEET 2020 Question paper was the last paper to follow the old exam pattern. NTA revised the exam pattern in 2021 to include 200 Questions instead of 180 Questions and bifurcated the Biology section of the paper into two separate sections- Botany and Zoology. As a result, there were now 4 sections in the exam i.e Physics, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology, instead of 3 sections (PCB). Each Section was also bifurcated into two parts - Part A and Part B. Part A contained 35 Questions, all mandatory to be attempted. Part B contained 15 Questions, and the candidate can answer any 10 Questions from them. Check Out NEET Exam Pattern
NEET 2020 was conducted in 11 languages across India. Approximately 2,30,000 candidates registered for the exam from Maharashtra, out of which 32,000 candidates opted to undertake the exam in the Marathi language. Around 78,000 candidates from Maharashtra qualified NEET 2020 by clearing the relevant cut off. Check NEET Cutoff.

NEET 2020: List of Current and Previous Years Toppers
In order to facilitate students during COVID-19 pandemic, NTA decided to conduct the exam in two sessions. The first exam session was conducted on September 13, 2020, and the second session was conducted on October 14, 2020. The combined results of both sessions were declared on October 16, 2020.
