Option B: French Cordon Bleu cuisine is very expensive – The author talks about the likeliness of American food by French people. It does not say anything regarding the price. Hence, this is also irrelevant. 

Option C: The number of French tourists eating in New York burger restaurants is very low – This option is also irrelevant because it emits about a different location, New York. The passage talks about Paris and not New York.

Option D: Junk food actually has high nutritional value when eaten in moderation – The passage talks about the popularity of the food. The author does not mention the nutritional value when eaten under certain circumstances. Hence, we can consider this as out of scope or irrelevant. 

Option E. There are an unusually large number of American tourists in Paris who eat at burger joints. This option is relevant and in sync with the argument. Hence this is the correct answer.
