I am fascinated with the education sector and always enamored with the prospects of interacting with young students exchanging knowledge. By establishing this institute, my long-standing aspiration to be a part of the education sector has been fulfilled.

What is your philosophy of leadership?

“To provide all the necessary support for the development of the team & lead from a distance”

I believe in the delegation of responsibilities and in giving the required freedom to the team members, be it the principal or the faculty. So, they know how best to impart education regularly. I am more involved in the overall strategic planning and infrastructure for my institute.

What according to you are some of the biggest challenges for the current education sector?

“Overcoming the hurdles of academic operations due to the pandemic, especially in the hospitality sector”

Every field has its challenges and our institute is no exception. During the lockdown phase, it was particularly difficult to come up with plans for online classes. However, our supportive faculty & excellent students realized the need of the hour and finally have adjusted to the new norm. As ahead, I constantly make efforts to boost the morale of everyone around me.
