What are the key factors that keep you connected with the education sector?

“Contributing to the global vision of academics and nation-building”

Education is one sector that keeps you directly in connection with the future of the country, that is the youth. This is one sector that can never be and should never be ignored by the governments. A well-educated and well-mannered youth is an asset to our country and represents the core values of the nation.

What is your philosophy of leadership?

“Liberal style of leadership that allows united growth”

As the key person for VSOM, I believe in a liberal set of leadership modes that allows the institute to take its own path of growth. I believe that the best set of people know how to manage themselves. Hence, we look for people who like to place institutional interests first.

How does the curriculum Vishisht School of Management ensure the best practice of industry?

“Add-on certificate and skill-based courses for additional education”

We have identified the needs of industries and the gaps in student development. Our curriculum is designed in such a fashion that the additional certifications offered by the college bridge the gap between industry and academics.

Any insights into how your institute could be more welcoming and inclusive in nature?

“We help students with Financial help and government-aided scholarships”

Apart from being facilitators to various government scholarships we also have various in-house scholarships for financially humbled students. We have been lucky to have students who have consistently been ranked in the topmost position of the local universities.

What do you think your responsibilities to the institute and the students are?

“Build socially and ethically motivated individuals”

My main responsibility is grooming students to be industry-ready professionals and teaching them the ethical lines of the industry. Following the ethical code of conduct is essential if someone wants to succeed in their career. The goal is to provide mentorship to a person, not only to provide degrees.

What do you think should be the institute’s top priority over the next 10 years?

“Implementing the new academic policies for benefit of the students”

We are looking to expand in new ventures as well as reposition ourselves in tune with the new policy. Our main goal for the future is to build a syllabus that aligns exactly with the industrial needs and helps students become dedicated professionals.
