What are your roles and responsibilities?

“Collaborate with faculty and encourage the students to attain knowledge”

My duty is to provide good habits for students and encourage them to attain a disciplined life. Another role is to collaborate with faculties and increase the students' knowledge. Our campus educates students to complete their education.

 The active participation of management in programs supports both staff and students. Most activities improve the skills of students. Another strength of the campus is its highly qualified faculty. They focus on the overall development of students.

What approaches do you bring apart from the curriculum to train students?

“Sports activities, cultural programs and talent show available to students”

We provide several activities for the students' growth. It makes us as a family. Sports activities, cultural programs and talent shows are available to students on our campus. It raises the skills of each pupil.

How does the department raise the skills of faculties as per industry standards?

“Provide leadership chances and organize faculty development programs on campus”

Our campus conducts faculty development activities every month to raise the skills. We give leadership opportunities for them and set goals. They fulfill all duties and it leads to an increase in the skill set.

My vision is to improve the students' knowledge by sharing my industry experience. I always interact with them during the classes and we discuss various issues in the world. It helps us to analyze each issue and implement new plans. 

What challenges do you face to uplift education quality?

“Technological issues and online classes are great challenges during the pandemic”

We changed our offline classes to online at the pandemic time. It is a difficult task for me to interact with them. Technological issues at the time of class delivery are a hard time for faculties.

What extracurricular activities enhance the skills of students to face real-world challenges?

“Cultural, sports activities and expert talks are available to students”

Our campus conducts cultural and sports activities every year for students. They can learn some team spirit and bonding through these programs and build their talent. We also provide seminars, expert talks on campus to increase the knowledge level of every pupil. 

How do you help students to cope with outside competition?

“Provide updates about the latest trends and give discussion platforms for students”

I always update the students with the latest industry trends. The discussions conducted in campus develop information about the corporate world. All these improve the confidence of students to face every situation in the outside world. 

How does your department prepare students for higher education?

“Follow the curriculum and provide theoretical/practical aspects of courses to students”

The curriculum of campus links with higher education and we follow it. Our courses cover the practical/theoretical aspect of every subject. It assists students to connect with the corporate world.

“Implement practical applications in courses and review each one at any time”

My role is to give a mix of academics to students. It helps me to update with practical applications. We review each course at every time and check the subjects in several courses. 

How do you bring a practical approach towards subjects as industry-oriented?

“Case studies and discussion regarding the corporate world is given to students”

The case study and discussion on campus help students to face the challenges in the corporate sector. Our discussion topics are based on the business world. It helps to gain a better understanding of subjects for students.

How do you establish healthy relations with students and faculty?

I share my experience with students and it inspires them to build a healthy environment. The open discussions increase their confidence in placements. An open discussion in the classroom makes the interaction of pupils and faculty in a smooth manner.
