He has completed his M.Tech and Ph.D. He is an integral part of the College and plays a vital role in regular operations. What is your view on leadership and what is your leadership style?

“A participative approach is essential when leading a group of highly qualified academicians”

 As a leader, the focus must lie on the all-round development of the students and the faculties. In education institutions leadership can be only achieved through proper teamwork and coordination. We as faculties provide the students with the best quality of education and also motivate them regularly.

What keeps you connected to the educational sector?

“Being able to create an atmosphere of stellar academics for ethical knowledge exchange, inspires me”

I am highly inclined towards the process of imparting education. Instead of working for a corporate company, being involved in the academic sector allows us to deliver proper knowledge and education. Building the youth helps us in building a better nation.

What are the strengths of your college?

“The faculty, talented students and the beginning of in-demand courses such as AI & Data science”

We are offering 5 courses in B.Tech, these are in the branches: 

  • Computer Science
  • Electronics and Communication Engineering, 
  • Electrical and Electronic Engineering, 
  • Civil engineering
  • Mechanical engineering.

 Next year we are also planning to introduce Advanced Computer courses such as Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Machine Learning, and Internet of Things. Our experienced faculty has hugely contributed towards the success of our students. All these factors along with our talented students, are some of the strengths of our college.

How do you establish a healthy environment inside your college?

“By maintaining a completely transparent and open system of operations in our College”

At every stage we have counselors who are continuously helping the students adjust to their academic life. This ensures a two-way flow of communication. We try to maintain a channel of open conversation between the administration and the management as well. This ensures smooth functioning.

Any special programs you organise for social development of your students?

“We promote extracurricular activities through Students clubs and technical events”

Despite its rural location, at Aditya, students are given wide exposure to positive experiences. Various student clubs offer opportunities for the pursuit of extracurricular interests. Keeping in sync with our belief in all-round development, we plan to organize symposiums in the near future. It creates a rich forum for students to showcase and exchange their ideas and skills. These activities are a good training ground to acquire valuable life skills.

What are the steps taken by the college to help students from economically weaker backgrounds?

“Scholarships in the form of financial aid and extra focus on strengthening their communication skills”

 One of the major challenges faced by such students is that of communication. Therefore we give importance to developing soft skills. Guest lectures for special interactions is a regular occurrence at our college. Government Scholarships are also provided to students which helps them financially.

What message would you like to give to the current youth and the Aspiring students?

“A student should always focus on acquiring technical skills and the core knowledge of their field”

Every student should first develop skills required to survive & excel in the current job industry. Do not study just to get a stable job, but study to empower yourself with excellent knowledge. The education system should not be job-driven but skill driven.
