NERIST (NEE) Entrance Examination is conducted by the North Eastern Regional Institute of Science and Technology (NERIST) situated in Nirjuli, Itanagar, Arunachal Pradesh. NERIST is a science and technology-oriented higher education institute.

The NERIST Entrance Examination (NEE) is divided into three levels viz., Base Module in Certificate Courses, Diploma Module and Degree Module in Technology stream and Degree Module is also in Forestry.
Students can apply Online only for NERIST Entrance Examination by visiting the official website. The examination fees can be paid directly by using debit/credit/net banking. In the case of offline payment, candidates can download a challan form from the official website of the university and deposit the fees in any branch of Axis Bank. NERIST will conduct NEE 2019 examination at these three level viz.

The entrance exam is conducted at various centres located in Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Meghalaya, Manipur, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim, Tripura. The selection of candidates is done on the basis of merit and as per the institute rules and regulations for various reserved candidates.
Eligibility for NEE 2022
Applicants must have passed 10th / Matriculation/ Higher Secondary or an equivalent examination with Science and Mathematics. Candidates must have passed in all subjects specially in Science and Mathematics separately.
Candidates minimum age to appear in NEE are 19 years for the candidates who are under the General category (born on or after 1st August 1998), 22 years for OBC and female applicants (born on or after 1st August 1995) and 24 years for SC/SC/PD (born or after 1st August 1993).
NEE 2022 Result
Candidates who are selected and waitlisted can access their result by visiting the official website of the North Eastern Regional Institute of Science. Students must follow these to check their result:

- Candidates need to click on Result
- A new window will open. This new window will show Selected and Wait Listed candidates result
