What keeps you connected with the Education Sector and how has your experience been so far?

Inspiration to provide quality education to students”

Teaching and research are my passions. As an educator, I don’t just teach students, I also have to keep up skilling and learn the current trends. The infrastructure facilities and students centric approach is up to the mark that keeps connected with the students. The experience in this institute is really fabulous. 


What are your roles and responsibilities towards the students?

“To provide required opportunities and guidance to grow”

My accountabilities towards students include motivating them to become successful graduates, arranging special classes for the benefit of slow learners, interacting with students, identifying the problems and finding solutions in consultation with the principal. Collect the student feedback about the faculty member’s teaching and communicate the feedback to the concerned faculty members in the standard format as decided by the principal. 


What extracurricular activities are organized in college to prepare students for the real-world challenges?

“Various academic and cultural activities are organized on regular basis”

We do organize extracurricular activities such as guest lectures, seminars, industry visits, alumni guest lecture series (Alumni interaction) under the student’s forum activity. We arrange regular expert lectures from the reputed industries such as Tata Consultancy Services, Persistent Systems, Global Logic, HCL, PWC India etc. We also arrange industrial visits on a regular basis to reputed industries such as Persistent Systems, Global Logic, HCL, etc. at local and national level. 


How does the curriculum of Institution ensure the future preparedness of students?

“Various industry oriented activities supplements our curriculum”

Our institution has a student’s centric process, through project based and case study learners get industry oriented knowledge. Our curriculum comprises a correct mixture of engineering courses, basic science courses and management courses. In addition to the final Major project, seminars and mini projects are included in the curriculum to facilitate the students a platform to practically implement their learning to solve real-world problems.

By assigning projects to students on real-world issues”

By allocating hands-on training and industry oriented training through technical training slots, we also provide them with a dedicated lab for project work to bring practical approaches into existence.

“Transition from offline to online classes for both students and faculties”

At the moment, the Covid-19 pandemic is our biggest challenge. We are conducting our classes digitally. The transition from the classroom to digital has been challenging and also interesting. We have used technology at its glance by recording the video of faculty members of their respective subject along with practical subjects and uploaded it on our YouTube channel.
