Anusree Balakrishnan: “The GD was offline and there were 8-10 members in each group. Almost everyone got a chance to speak and there were 2 moderators.2 min time was given to the k and the GD was not that aggressive

For WAT, whatever was discussed in GD we had to write that. 5 min time was given to write the answer. Two pages were provided to write the answer.

Anusree Balakrishnan: “The ability to effectively lead, motivate and direct a group of people – whether it is in business, sport or politics - requires a very complex set of skills, mostly acquired through experiences, self-development as well as access to subsequent training. So leaders are made, not born.”

Describe the general setting of your personal Interview.

Anusree Balakrishnan: “Had one panel for an interview consisting of 3 members. They were XLRI faculties. The mode of the interview was offline. The interview duration was 15 min.

It was not a stressful interview and they asked me questions about my certificates and whatever documents I had included in my file. We need to be thorough with that."
