How did you train your faculty members to deliver new programs to students in the best possible way?

Our institution regularly inspires the faculty members to keep themselves updated with the outside world developments, requirements, educational and industrial trends and standards and accordingly upskill them using various knowledge sources like Internet, online learning platforms and through articles and magazines. In addition to this, faculty members are encouraged to publish more research papers in reputed technical and management journals and also to attend conferences which are organized by our college and other institutions as well. And in return, faculty assess students' knowledge through assignments, quizzes and by conducting debates, classroom discussions and online courses.

What challenges have you faced while inculcating the latest programs in your curriculum?

The Professional Programmes including B. Com (Hons.), BBA, BCA, MCA and MBA which we presently offer to our students require an intensive amount of research in advance while we develop the curriculum for all of them in accordance with industry requirements and academic standards. So major challenges for us is to develop the curriculum and teaching pedagogies in accordance with ever changing standards and rules of the corporate and education sector and organizing training programs for students to make them industry ready. 

What kinds of industrial exposure is given to students by your college?

Our college offers various training programs programs and industry connect sessions and has also made it mandatory for students to undergo 6-8 weeks of live internships through which they work on various real-time projects and get a chance to utilize their knowledge and skills in real time scenarios. And in some cases, many of our students are recruited as a Full Time Employee when they successfully finish their training and internships. In addition to this, online internship programs, shadow projects and ambassador programs are offered to students as and when required.
