What are the key factors that keep you connected with the education sector?

As an Assistant Professor, I have been connected to a number of reputed educational institutions for the last 15 years. And the main factors which have kept me associated with the education sector is my sincere affection and love for my students and my passion for educating them in order to give them a bright future. And as part of my profession, I meet new young minds every year and their enthusiasm keeps me going and motivates me to constantly update my skills and knowledge. 

Being the Assistant Professor of Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University, what is your philosophy of leadership?

"I believe in teamwork and empowering others by providing them best learning opportunities"

I believe in a collaborative way of working and have a transformational kind of leadership because I constantly encourage my students and fellow Faculties to learn new things, take on new challenges and try to find innovative answers for them and we all work as a team to fulfill our shared goals. 

How does the curriculum of your College ensure the best practices of industry?

"Our curriculum is developed as per latest trends and requirements of corporate world hence ensure best practices"

We design the curriculum, educational practices and teaching methodologies of our college in accordance with the latest developments, requirements, trends and technologies of the industrial world and education sector so that our education quality and courses we offer to our students stay compliant with the best standards. And rigorous hands-on training sessions, experiments and research work are inseparable parts of our curriculum to make sure students get the best possible practical exposure along with amazing theoretical knowledge. hands-on experience in the workings of industry. Also, our courses not only help them to achieve high academic standards, but also enable them to identify and explore a diverse range of available opportunities in which they can make their growing future in the outside world in which they envision a future career, and become a full time employee or Employer.

What are your roles and responsibilities for the University and students?

First and foremost, I am extremely grateful to be an important part of the teaching fraternity and also for the opportunity that God has given me in the form of a curious and brilliant mind so that I can educate students and work selflessly for their growth and a promising future. Making myself capable of fulfilling all of my responsibilities to the best of my ability is one of my jobs towards the university. In addition to this, making an impactful and positive contribution to society growth, promoting and enhancing my university reputation by telling people about our success stories and achievements and making my students independent and self-reliant also comes under the scope of my responsibilities.

What do you think should be the University’s top priority over the next 10 years?

"Establishing a strong Alumni network and inculcating best entrepreneurship skills in students should be our goal"

In my opinion, building a robust Alumni network should be our university's main objective in upcoming years as a strong Alumni network motivates newcomers and gives them a road map to success. Apart from this, we should focus on fostering the spirit of Entrepreneurship in students and provide them with the best possible support and guidance so that they can chase their dreams of starting their own business and becoming an Entrepreneur. As we are an educational institution, by producing finest quality Professionals and Job Givers, we will be able to contribute directly to the economic and social construction and growth of our country. 

What makes your institution different and unique in comparison to others?

Our college offers best quality and job oriented education to young minds and syllabus of various subjects gets completed by our highly dedicated faculty members on a given deadline. I would like to suggest to my dear students and aspiring students of our society to be more passionate and serious regarding their career. Because we all have one or the other kinds of personal experiences related to our School and College life which is enough to say that the student phase is the golden period where sincere efforts, disciplined and enthusiastic attitude to study and explore new things can take our youths to new tremendous heights of success. So live your life, be punctual and do things that match your passion and interests instead of blindly following others suggestions.

How do you establish a healthy relationship and environment in your institute?

"By regularly interacting with everyone, taking care of their issues and ensuring a healthy growth ambiance for them"

I firmly believe that treating people with respect, listening carefully to them, taking their inputs into consideration and keeping them connected to a healthy learning-working ecosystem is enough to take care of the difficulties that may arise in any institute. Therefore, I also follow the same approaches to maintain a healthy relationship with my students and fellow Faculties.
