- If students choose the Work and Organizational Psychology track, students will answer questions like these that focus on human behavior within organizations and work situations. Because this track is work-related by definition, the program is sure to have a lasting impact on students' careers.
- What’s more, this one-year program prepares students to put what they’ve learned into practice: students will gain insights into the individual characteristics and social processes that shape organizations. students will not only understand the theories behind problems students will encounter in the workplace – they will also learn to apply these theories to everyday work-related situations. Students' courses are all taught by people who have experience both in research and in the field. And students will get real-life practical experience through your internship.
- All this means students will have a headstart on the labor market as an organizational psychologist once they’ve graduated. Students may find work in HR departments for large companies – including in positions like an HR manager, trainer, teacher, selection psychologist, or internal management consultant. Students could also work for a management consultancy as a coach or external management consultant. Selection firms, educational institutions, or research institutions are also potential employers. Plus, work and organizational psychologists are much sought after for general management positions.
