At that time, there was a huge demand for students in the airlines and tourism industry, which is why I chose that course.
Mostly, the companies that came to our college for interviews were Flipkart, Wipro, Mobillite, Venue Monk, Ed Tech companies, and Jio.

Dislikes

Papers are not as tough because college is not an autonomous university; it is under PTU (Technical Gujral University).
The internship did not meet our expectations because the company providing the internship sent us to another company

A Surprising College Experience at Global

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose CSE because I wanted to pursue a career in IT. The faculty-student ratio is not that good. There is little staff to take care of the huge number of students present. However, the staff still manages to provide proper knowledge. The faculty is of qualified individuals but the teaching methods could be better. There are professors who teach with a laptop and give a digital presentation, but then there are those who do not have proper command over the field or subject. Global comes under PTU so the exams are not that difficult to ace. I completed my bachelor's with a distinction, but I have seen many students fail in the exams.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements from the 6th semester onwards. The highest package has been up till now 12lac. Recently a student from Btech cse scored a package of 22lac for a company in Germany. The percentage of students getting placement is I guess about 60% to 70%.
