Bishop Ambrose College, Ramanathapuram was established by the Coimbatore Diocese Society in 1997. Affiliated to Bharathiar University, the college provides a variety of UG and PG courses such as BA, B.Sc, B.Com, BCA in UG and MSW and M.Com in PG.
