Under JNN Institute of Engineering Admission 2020, the Institute offers effective engineering courses at UG level in five specializations such as B.E. in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, Electrical and Communications Engineering, and Electrical & Electronics Engineering. Eligibility Criteria:

For B.Tech Admissions

• 10+2 or equivalent with PCM holding an aggregate of 55% of marks. Candidates hailing from the Tamilnadu state have a relaxation as per their community such as 50% aggregate marks for backward class while 50% for most backward class aspirants. Aspirants from SC/ST Community from Tamilnadu state need a mere pass in their respective intermediate examinations with PCM subjects.
• Lateral entry is also available to the respective courses with the same above-mentioned eligibility criteria.

The JNN Merit Scholarships for Tamilnadu Students

For TN students, the scholarship is currently valued at more than INR 3 Lakhs and is awarded to students with more than 170 cut-offs in their 10+2 examinations.

The Alamelu Ammaal Memorial Scholarship for Andhra Pradesh Students

For AP Students, this scholarship is currently valued at more than INR 3 Lakhs and is given to the wards with the following criteria:

• The students with 95% or more in MNC are rewarded with 75% of Scholarship.
• The students with 90% or more in MNC are rewarded with 50% of Scholarship.
• The students with 80% or more in MNC are rewarded with 25% of Scholarship.

The J.N.N. Lateral Entry Scholarships

It is now valued more than INR 2 Lakhs and is awarded to students on the following basis:

• The students with 75% or more on the diploma are rewarded with 50% of Scholarship.
• The students with 65% or more on the diploma are rewarded with 40% of Scholarship.
