Annamacharya Institute of Technology and Sciences offers two-year master’s degree in M.Tech. and MBA.
- Basic eligibility criteria to apply for M.Tech. is B.E./B.Tech Degree with 50% marks.

Annamacharya Institute of Technology and Sciences invites offline application forms to apply for its B.Tech., MBA and M.Tech. programs. The application process is common to all the courses which is as follows:
- Visit the campus of the Institute and collect the prospectus and application form from the counter.
- Pay the requisite application fee against the prospectus.
- Duly fill in the necessary details in the columns provided.
- Along with the filled in application form and attach the following attested photocopies of the documents:
- 10th and 12th marksheet
- Bachelor’s Degree certificates (for MBA, M.Tech.)
- Migration certificate
- Character certificate
- Date of Birth proof
- Nationality/Domicile certificate
- APICET/AP-EAMCET/ AP-PGECET 2021 Score cards
