Vardhaman College of Engineering Admission 2023: UG, PG, Cutoff, Fees, Eligibility

At UG level engineering programs in 6 specializations are offered. Candidates are selected based on marks obtained in the state-level engineering exam (TS EAMCET). The final list of selected candidates is announced after completion of the EAMCET counseling process. 

Eligibility Criteria:

• Candidates who opt for admission into B.Tech program must have passed the Intermediate examination (10+2) in Science stream.
• Candidates should be the residents of Andhra Pradesh/Telangana state.
• Candidates must have the State Entrance exam TS EAMCET score with a minimum of 25%.

Selection Process:

Candidates need to apply for the state-level TS EAMCET Entrance examination to take admission into any of the B.Tech courses in this college.

• 70% of the total seats are allotted for the merit students based on their rank in TS EAMCET.
• 30% of the seats under management quota.

How to Apply?

Students willing to appear for the Engineering exam have to pay a fee of INR 500, while SC/ST have to pay only INR 250. The following is a gist of the application and how to go about it:

• TSCHE releases the application form at TS EAMCET Online Application.
• There are 3 main steps involved in completing the TS EAMCET Application Form.
• The students must ensure that they fill the application and keep a print out of the payment receipt.
• Students are required to fill in their personal details and upload their recent photograph along with the signature

VCE offers 6 M.Tech programs at the PG level. For admission to M.Tech, the applicants must have a B. Tech degree in the relevant discipline. 

Candidates who qualify the entrance exam have to go through the concerned admission counseling process to secure a seat in the institution. Seats are allotted based on the applicant’s performance in the entrance test and marks secured in the concerned qualifying exams.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Candidates who opt for admission into M.Tech program must have passed B. Tech in the relevant discipline with a valid GATE Score. 
• Candidates should be the residents of Andhra Pradesh/Telangana state.

Selection Process:

Candidates need to apply for the GATE Entrance examination to take admission into any of the M.Tech courses in this college.

• Selection for any of the disciplines candidates needs to have a valid GATE Score.
• The first preference is given to candidates based in AP & Telangana state.

How to Apply?

M.Tech candidates need to have a GATE Score or go through the GATE Entrance test. The applications are accepted through the official website of GOAPS. Where the applicant must register first to create a new registration using one unique email id. 

Documents Required

• Scanned photograph and signature 
• Valid Photo ID (Aadhaar Card/Passport/Driving License/PAN Card/Voter ID/College ID/Employee Identification Card/Notarized Affidavit with Photo, Signature, Date of Birth and Residential Address).
• Degree Certificate/Provisional Certificate/Course Completion Certificate.
• Copy of mark sheet of V /VI /VII semester.
• Final year students must submit Provisional Certificate Letter as per format issued by the Home of Institute/Dean/Registrar/Head of Dept.
• Candidates in the final year of AMIE have to submit their mark sheet for Section A of AMIE in case of professional equivalent qualifications.
• Caste Certificate/Disability or PwD Certificate (if applicable).
• Candidates pursuing a higher degree or masters have to submit the qualifying degree certificate.

VCE also offers an MBA program at the PG level. For admission to MBA programs, applicants must have passed a 10+2+3 exam from a recognized board. Candidates are further required to apply with the TS ICET score based on which selection is done.

Candidates who qualify the entrance exam have to go through the concerned admission counseling process to secure a seat in the institution.

• Candidates who opt for MBA as a postgraduate program must have completed a 10+2+3 exam from a recognized board/university.
• Candidates should be the residents of Andhra Pradesh/Telangana state.
• Candidates must have the State Entrance exam TS ICET score with a minimum of 25%.

Selection Process:

Candidates need to apply for the state-level TS ICET Entrance examination to take admission into MBA courses in this college.

• The first preference is given to candidates based in AP & Telangana state.
• The previous year AP ICET cut off rank was 3905 for the year 2019.

How to Apply?

AS VCE select MBA candidates through TS ICET Entrance test, here are the following steps to apply:

• An application fee for INR 550 for applying for the entrance is required. Student can apply at https://sche.ap.gov.in/ICET/
• The students must fill the application form with the relevant details and submit it before the deadline.
• Candidates applying for the MBA program offered by the college need to have a valid TS ICET score.
• Candidates are advised to visit the college campus once the state counseling is completed.
• The candidates have to attend the counseling process and based on the score obtained, they will be allotted the seat in the college. 
• All applicants must appear for the entrance exam and counseling.
