IIBS Bangalore Admission
Eligible candidates can apply for admission through online and offline mode. They will also be required to send a DD of INR 1050 along with the downloaded form in favor of the “International Institute of Business Studies” payable at Bangalore. After this, they will receive the prospectus of the Institute by post. Candidates can also obtain the same by paying the fee of INR 1,000 at the institute counter. The selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of the score obtained in the entrance exams prescribed for the respective course. The Institute will also conduct Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI) of shortlisted candidates.

International Institute of Business Studies (IIBS) prescribes mandatory Summer Internships spread over weeks. The Internship and Placements Division has the responsibility of providing summer internship projects of various companies to the students. It conducts various workshops, conferences, and symposiums, to build up leadership capabilities. IIBS Bangalore placements concluded with the placement of 48 students by the 21 participating recruiters. Ques. What are the admission requirements by the Institute?
Ans. If you are eligible to apply for admission in the B-School, you should submit the xerox copies of your testimonials for verification. You can apply for any number of courses by paying the required amount of registration amount for reserving seats.
Ques. What are the timings for admission at IIBS Admission Centre?
Ans. The center for admissions remains open between 9:30 AM to 5 PM from Monday to Saturday. Students can also contact on 9620248206 or mail the institute at admission@iibsonline.com.
Ques. I am in my final year and haven’t received final semester certificates, can I apply for admission?
Ans. Yes, you can apply for admission if you have fulfilled the criteria for the MAT score. Even if you have not received your mark sheet, you can take admission on the admission on the basis of marks obtained in 2nd year and MAT.
Ques. I took MAT several years ago, do I have to take it again?
Ans. Yes, you should appear in it again. The Institute prefers the latest score of the management admission test. However, if the score is a year old, it will be considered for admission.
Ques. Are there any certification courses offered at IIBS Admission Centre?
Ans. Yes. IIBS Bangalore offers MBA/PGDM along with 10 Certification Courses by IIM Bangalore. Other certification courses are offered in Business Analytics, Digital Marketing, Six- Sigma Green Belt, Advance Excel and Artificial Intelligence Course.
Ques. Will I get hostel accommodation at the time of admission?
Ans. The Institute provides 2-3 bedded hostel rooms to students on the basis of a first-come, first-serve basis. You must submit your request for a hostel room as soon as possible.

IIBS Bangalore provides scholarship on the basis of merit, special scholarships to Defence and CRPF Personnel. A brief about the same is mentioned below:
Academic Merit Scholarships (2024-26)
Students who meet below-mentioned criteria are eligible for scholarship (Student will be offered only one of the best option, if eligible for more than one Criteria):
- Student/s having aggregate (all subjects) marks of 60% or above in Class X, XII and Graduation, would be awarded a Scholarship of INR 80,000/-
- Student/s having aggregate (all subjects) marks of 65% or above in Class X, XII and Graduation, would be awarded a Scholarship of INR 90,000/-
- Student/s having aggregate (all subjects) marks of 70% or above in Class X, XII and Graduation, would be awarded a Scholarship of INR 100,000/-
- Student/s having aggregate (all subjects) marks of 75% or above in Class X, XII and Graduation, would be awarded a Scholarship of INR 110,000/-
- Student/s having aggregate (all subjects) marks of 80% or above in Class X, XII and Graduation, would be awarded a Scholarship of INR 120,000/-

IIBS special appreciation towards the sacrifice which our Defense and CRPF personnel make for our nation. To recognize their contribution, IIBS offers 25% Fee waiver (only in Third and Fourth Installment fee) to their wards.
IIBS scholarships for achievers or outstanding all round performers in diverse fields (2024-26)
IIBS scholarship is awarded to the achievers who meet the below-mentioned criteria:
- State level, board level or national level top rank holder in academics (10% exemption in tuition fees).
- Represented the country in international/national/state level sports events (10% exemption in tuition fees).
- National / State level achievers in fields other than academics or sports (10% exemption in tuition fees).
Siblings Scholarship (2024-26)
Student who is sibling of current IIBS Student or IIBS Alumni are eligible to get Siblings Scholarship amount of INR 120000/-
Note: Student would be eligible for one of the best options out of the Six criteria’s after verification.

Conditions:
- Scholarships are awarded for the full duration of the programme.
- The Scholarship Committee will review the performance of the scholarship student every semester. The continuation of the scholarship is dependent on students maintaining an 80% of Attendance for all semester. If a scholarship student fails to meet this criterion during a particular semester, he/she will be placed on “Academic Probation”, and the Scholarship Committee may review their scholarship award.

- The IIBS Scholarship Committee reserves the right to alter, modify, change or withdraw any of the provisions and policies.
- Above mention percentage is not only the sole criteria; student should crack GD & PI of IIBS.
- Eligible student can avail any one scholarship policy from above mentioned scholarship & award, if eligible for more than one Criteria.
